The Dillon Yacht Club extends a warm invitation to all sailors interested in participating in the 2026 Dillon Open Regatta, the world’s highest regatta at 9,017 ft. above sea level, on Aug 21st-Aug 23rd, 2026. This is the marquee event of the summer for the Dillon Yacht Club and proceeds benefit the Dillon Junior Racing program. The 2026 Notice of Race (NOR) with all the regatta details will be posted here soon.. The 2026 Sailing Instruction will also be posted here closer to the regatta. Here is the Map of Lake.
Bring your family and friends
Let's make this a big party and bring your family and friends! Dinner tickets, drink wristbands, apparel and merchandise, and spectator boat ride tickets will be available to purchase during registration through ClubSpot. You may also buy these items during the regatta in the DYC Club House.

As an all volunteer club we need your help to make the event a success! Come help at registration, on Race Committee, selling drink tickets, scoring, setting up the tent. Join our team.
Racing will be held on beautiful Lake Dillon in Dillon, Colorado where you’ll enjoy sunny days and spectacular views of the snow-capped Rocky Mountains. The regatta is being hosted by the Dillon Yacht Club, the nation’s highest yacht club at 9,017 feet above sea level, located just west of the Continental Divide, a 70 mile drive from downtown Denver.
